12 0z of tagliatelle
12 oz of mushrooms,sliced
7 oz of light cream cheese
5 oz of wafer- thin smoked ham shredded
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Cook the tagliatelle according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in a little oil in a covered pan
for 5 min.
2. Stir in the cream, plus 8 tablespoons of the pasta cooking it in water.
Mix in the ham and parmesan and heat through gently.
Toss with the pasta and serve.
