Creamy ham and mushroom tagliatelle

300ml of single cream
200g of ham or pancetta
100g of butter
Handfull of parmesan
2 handfulls of finely chopped mushrooms
Tagliatelle
Pinch of salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. In a frying pan shallow fry the mushrooms and ham in the butter until golden. Add the cream,season with salt and pepper and allow to cook for one minute.

2. Start to boil some water in a saucepan and add the tagliatelle when it's boiled. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and allow to thicken,but not too much.

3. Serve immediately, with a sprinkle of grated or shave Parmesan.
