1 lb. ground cranberrys
2-cups diced or shredded apples
2- oranges ground--peeling from 1/2 orange (zest)
1-1/2 chopped celery
2- cups sugar
2 pks. strawberry or rasberry gelatin (jello)
3- cups boiling water
1/4 cup cold water
1 pkg envelope of unflavored gelatin
1-cup of chopprd pecans

1. soften unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water add unflavored gelatin, and sugar stir well, gring cranberries and orange add nuts apples and celery mix well pour into shallow tray about 1 inch thick and chill until firm
