Cottage cheese egg casserole

10 eggs
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
optional: chopped broccoli, peppers, chilis, asparagus, caramelized onions, other.
Preheat oven. 400 deg
9x13 pan
Mix all ingredients together and bake for 15 min. Yurn down oven to 350 deg and bake for 30 more min.
Let sit for 10 min
Serve as is, or with sliced avocado, salsa, sour cream, crispy garlic toasts from T and C.

Cook Time → 45 min
