Coney dog chili

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp celery seed
½ tsp ground cumin (heaping)
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Brown beef in skillet, adding onions half way through. Add chopped garlic when meat is almost browned.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well to combine. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
