Coconut and berry gazpacho recipe with coconut water, strawberry, goose berry

200 Gram Strawberries
200 Gram Gooseberry
200 Gram Blue berries
20 Gram Honey
180 Ml Orange juice
30 Gram Cucumber, chopped
20 Ml Lemon juice
5 Gram Mint leaves
500 Ml Tender coconut water
10 Ml Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
To taste Salt and pepper (crushed)

Prep. Time → 05 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. 1.In a blender, combine the berries, cucumber and tender coconut water.
2.Puree until smooth.
3.Add lemon juice, orange juice, mint and honey; blend to combine.
4.Season with salt and pepper.
5.Serve chilled, garnished with chives, berries.
