- 1,5 DL. DE AGUA.
- 300 GR. DE AZÚCAR.
- 200 GR. DE COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE NEGRO.

1. - Hacer un almíbar.
2. - Retirar del fuego.
- Dejar atemperar e incorporar la cobertura de chocolate.
- Remover hasta homogeneizar.
