Cinnamon oatmeal banana pancakes
Recipe by
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 scoops of whey protein
1 banana
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup old fashioned uncooked oats
1. To make batter, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cook as per usual for pancakes. I used the Driven vanilla whey, but next time I'm going to use the cinnamon roll flavor. YUM!
2. Top with butter, almond butter, fresh fruit, honey, or whipped coconut cream, just don't get carried away with the toppings. All your macros are in the pancakes themselves and anything you add on top is extra.
3. 4 blocks is about right for an active average sized male
4. Pro Tip: Make a double batch Sunday night and keep in the fridge to fry up whenever you like. They are super quick to cook if you already have the batter prepared.
