Chocolate peanut butter cup protein bites (no bake cookie outside and peanut butter filling)

For Outer Chocolate No Bake Shell
1 cups oats
3/4 C protein plus peanut flour
1/3 Cup cocoa
1/3 Cup honey
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1 t vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut milk (milk or water)
For the peanut butter filling
1/2 Cup protein plust peanut flour
1 T date sugar, Honey or coconut sugar
1/8 t salt
1/4 Cup water
1. Heat and stir peanut butter honey, cocoa, and vanilla until smooth. Add oats and peanut flour to make outer shell. Refrigerate until cool
2. For peanut filling stir peanut flour, sugar, salt and water together. Refrigerate until cool.
3. To assemble make a quarter size ball of the chocolate outer shell and flatten. Make smaller dime size balls of the peanut filling. Roll the peanut filling inside the chocolate outer shell and refrigerate.
