Chocolate lava cake
Recipe by50g butter or marg
50g chocolate at least 70%
1 egg
1 egg yolk
60g caster sugar
50g plain flour
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 18 min
1. Preheat 160 degrees Celsius / gas mark 2.5.
2. Butter 2 ramekins and dust with cocoa powder. Tap out excess.
3. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a saucepan of water. Stir until melted and smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
4. In a clean bowl whisk the egg, egg yolk, and sugar until pale and thick.
5. Add cooled chocolate mix, and stir in gently. Sift flour and fold in gently with a large spoon.
6. Empty into prepared ramikins.
7. Bake in oven for 18 minutes
