Chocolate gingerbread cookies
Recipe by
1 Cup PB2
1/4 Cup Coconut flour
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed
1 t Cinnamon
2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground clove
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1 T Cocoa
1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk Beverage
1/4 Cup Molasses
2 T date sugar
1 t cinnamon
Prep. Time → 10 minutes min
Cook Time → 10-11 minutes min
1. Mix together dry ingredients. Measure wet ingredients on top of dry. Stir until all the flour is absorbed. Add water a T at a time if the dough is too dry. Mix 2T Date Sugar with 1t cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll dough into balls and then coat with Data Sugar and Cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet an press down to flatten each dough ball. Bake at 325 for 10-11 minutes. Makes 26 cookies.
