1 head of cabbage
1 onion chopped
Dressing
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
beef or chicken flavor packet from Ramen noodles

Directions
1. 1.
Chop cabbage and onion as for cole slaw. Mix dressing ingredients and add to cabbage. Refrigerate. Brown 3 tbsp of sunflower seeds and 1/2 cup silvered almonds.
2. 2.
Just before serving add the seeds, almons and Ramen noodles (uncooked and crumbled)
