Chicken pot pie

Chicken, I use chicken that has skin and dark meat.
Onion
Garlic
Potatoes
Green beans
Celery (if wanted)
Corn
Carrots
Salt and pepper
Cornstarch

1. Boil chicken in salted water till very tender,remove and cool till able to strip and break into little pieces.

2. Save your water, boil the potatoes,garlic, celery, carrots, and onion until tender. You may need to reduce water, then add corn and green beans.

3. Thicken with cornstarch stirred into a minimal amount of water. I usually do 3 tbsp with 1/4 cup or so of water.

4. Stir into boiling veggie mix. Add pieces of chicken, and after thickened poor into baking dish.

5. Top with Betty Crocker biscuits.

6. Bake in hot oven 450 til biscuits are done. Approx 20 min.
