Chicken noodle soup recipe

1 whole chicken, rinsed under cold water and dried
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
12 cups can of low sodium chicken stock
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3/4 cup white wine
2 1/2 cups egg noodles
1 fresh rosemary
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. Preheat oven to 425*.

2. 2. In a baking dish, with foil on it, drizzle olive oil, on the foil.

3. 3.In the chicken, take a spring of rosemary, and stick it up it's butt xD

4. 4.Take the chicken, and place it up on baking dish. Drizzle olive oil, on chicken, and season with salt and pepper.

5. 5.put in oven 425* for an hour and 15 mins.

6. 6.In a big soup pot, over medium heat high heat, with olive oil, add all the chopped up veggies. Season with salt and pepper. Let cook 5 to 7 mins.

7. 7.Add garlic: poultry seasoning: mix.

8. 8.add white wine: mix.

9. 9.Add whole roasted chicken, and put in soup pot. Then cover it with chicken broth. Add parsley on top.

10. 10.put lid on halfway, put on low heat, and cook 3 and half hours.

11. 11.when done, remove chicken out of pot. Let cool slightly.

12. 12. Skim off the fat on top of surface in soup.

13. 13.Increase heat to medium high, and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles in pot. Let cook 15 mins.

14. 14.take a plate, and start shredding the chicken off whole chicken.

15. 15.put chicken back in pot. Mix and serve in bowl.
