4 boneless chicken cutlets
1 cup marsala wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 small scallions, thinly sliced
1 fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1 salt and pepper
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 all-purpose flour
1 small cut of butter

1. 1. First, take 2 small cut of butter from a butter stick, and put flour on both sides: (It thickens up the sauce) set aside. Put the chicken cutlet, and roll it over with the flour: on both sides: wash hands when done :)

2. 2. In a large skillet, put olive oil till simmer. Cook chicken till golden brown on each side: and fully cooked:

3. 3. After the cooked chicken, take chicken out: then add in the mushrooms: mix, and coating them with the olive oil: and add more olive oil, if there isn't any: salt and pepper, (5 to7 min cook) for mushrooms:

4. 4. Then add Marsala wine to the skillet: cook for a min, or until achocal cook out: put high heat. Then add in chicken stock: let it cook, uncovered for 5 to 7 min: let it be reduced by half: and in salt and pepper:

5. 5. Add the two butter in skillet: let it melt. (the sauce has to be thick) add in parsley. Then add chicken back in skillet: put chicken on plate and sauce
