Chicken fried rice

1 tsp of sesame oil (2 syns)
1 chicken breast, diced
1 small onion, chopped finely
half red pepper, chopped finely
few Pak Choi leaves
1/4 cup of frozen peas
1/4 cup of frozen sweetcorn
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 egg, pre scrambled
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (0.5)
2 cups of cooked rice
1. Method
2. Add the sesame oil to a wok or frying pan, and add the chicken and cook until golden.
Add the onion, red pepper and light soy sauce and cook for a further 6 mins.
Add the sweetcorn, peas, Pak Choi and oyster sauce.
Lastly add the rice and scrambled egg, stir thoroughly and serve.
