Chicken fettucine salad
Recipe byThis is a great salad but makes a lot. 1 ½ lb. chicken breast, cooked and cut into pieces 9 oz. fresh spinach fettucine 9 oz. regular fettucine ¼ cup Italian dressing 1 bunch green onions, chopped 2 cups celery, chopped 1 can sliced black olives 1 cup bell pepper 1 can artichoke hearts 1 can sliced green olives 1 quart Ranch dressing toasted almonds
1. Boil fettucine as directed adding the Italian dressing to the water. Drain, and rinse. Mix together onions, celery, olives, bell pepper, & artichoke hearts. Add fettucine and chicken. Pour dressing over mixture and mix well. Can cover with toasted almonds. Let set 24 hours before serving..
