1 lb. Red Potatoes
1 lb. Sweet Potatoes
4 lb. Chicken Thighs
4 Scallions
4 cloves Garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 bag Half Ears Frozen Corn
2 med Red Bell Peppers, chopped
*4 c. Chicken Broth

Prep. Time → 45 min

Cook Time → 6-8 hours min

1. Mix all ingredients & divide into 2 1-gallon freezer bags. Seal & Freeze. On the day of: Thaw for 30 minutes or more. Dump into crockpot & Add Chicken Broth. Cook on LOW for 6-8 HOURS
