Chicken Cattiatore of Katie Etherton - Recipefy

4 Chicken Breasts (1 per person)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
Handful fresh basil
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1/2 large tub cream cheese (or marscapone)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Add chicken breasts (whole or chopped) into casserole dish with tomatoes, crushed garlic and basil.

2. Season well, cover then cook at 200oC for 20 mins

3. Remove from the oven and stir in the cream cheese

4. Place back in the oven for another 10 mins

5. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil.

6. Goes well with crusty bread and homemade potato wedges.
