Chicken and rice recipe
Recipe by1 yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper diced,
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp granulated garlic
4 boneless chicken cutlets, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups long grain white rice: uncooked
3 cups chicken stock
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 frozen peas
3/4 cup green olives
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 fresh chopped parsley
1 salt and pepper to taste
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. 1. In a big skillet pan with vegetable oil heating, add chicken and cook till it has color.
2. 2. Add veggies in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook till veggies cook down, and develop color.
3. 3. Add rice. Stir. Add paprika, grantaled garlic, and onion. Stir. Add tomatoes, and chicken stock. Stir in.
4. 4.Put on medium low heat, till full boil: then turn heat low:
5. 5.Cover with lid, and let cook for 25 mins or until rice is fully cooked.
6. 6. Stir with fork. When done, add olives and peas, and parsley.
7. 7.Let warm, and serve.
