Ingredients for 2 People
4 chicken thighs.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1 bunch of spring onions, sliced.
4 rashers of smoked back bacon, chopped.
1/2 swed, peeled and cubed.
16fl oz of vegetable stock.
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.

Directions
1. preheat the onen to 200.
Fry the chicken in the oil until browned all over.
Spoon into a heat proof dish.
2. Fry the spring onions and bacon in the same pan for 3 min,to cook the bacon.
3. Spoon into the dish and addthe sweed,
vegetable stock and musted.
Cover and cook for 1 hour.
