Chia Seed Pudding of Rachel Cincotta - Recipefy

- ¼ cup chia seeds (I use Bob’s Red Mill Whole Chia Seeds)
- 1 ¼ cup coconut milk (I use So Delicious Coconut Milk, Unsweetened)
- ½ tablespoon instant clear gel (I use King Arthur Flour’s Instant ClearJel)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 240 min

1. 1. Mix ¼ cups of chia seeds with 1 ¼ cups of cup and ½ a tablespoon of thickener and cover.
2. Add maple syrup, fruit, agave, chocolate chips, etc. to your liking.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Enjoy!
