1/2 cup butter 3 cups sugar 3 Tbsp. flour 6 eggs 1 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup coconut 2 unbaked pie crusts

1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
