Cheesy Hash Brown Quiche of Amy Moore - Recipefy

3 cups frozen hash browns (thawed) OR refrigerated hash browns
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 package of Jimmy Dean Sage breakfast sausage
4 eggs
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 50 min

1. In a quiche/ pie plate toss the hash browns, melted butter, and salt. Press down to form a crust.

2. Bake the crust at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. The edges will start to brown.

3. Crumble and cook sausage; drain and cool.

4. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and salt/ pepper in a bowl.

5. Remove cooked hash brown crust from oven; turn oven temperature to 350 degrees.

6. Fill crust with sausage and egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
