Cheese stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in parma ham

4 x Chicken Breasts
8 x Slices of Parma Ham
Bag of Grated Cheese
Wooden ToothPicks

Directions
1. Get each Chicken breast and with a sharp knife slice a large pocket into the side of each. (careful not to go all the way through)
2. Stuff them with as much cheese as you can (I like to use either Monteray Jack or a strong Chedder)
3. Lay out 2 Pieces of Parma Ham for each Breast and wrap them. Use the Toothpicks to secure the gap in the breast meat.
4. Roast in oven until done all the way through
