Carrot apple beet ginger

Ingredients for Makes 2
4 medium carrots, washed well and peeled
1 apple
½ beet
1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root
Directions
1. Add ingredients in above order to juicer. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
