Carrot apple beet ginger juice (blueprint)

Ingredients for 1 16-ounce serving
3-4 carrots,
peeled 2 beets,
peeled 4 stalks celery
1 red apple
1 inch piece of ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Peel the beets and carrots and roughly chop the beets, carrots, celery, apple, and ginger.
2. Place everything in the juice and juice.
3. Add the lemon juice and stir. Drink immediately or store in the fridge.
