Caprese Salad - Kathy Shannon of UML Admissions Recipe Share - Recipefy

Lettuce Leaves
2 Medium tomatoes, cored and thinly sliced
3 ounces Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 T olive oil
1 T snipped fresh basil
1T balsamic vinegar or 2 t cider vinegar
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
1/8 t salt

Prep. Time → 15 minutes min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. 1. Line serving platter with lettuce leaves (if you wish otherwise just skip). Arrange tomatoes and cheese on platter.
2. Mix oil, basil, vinegar, garlic and salt in a bowl. Drizzle oil over tomato and cheese slices. Refrigerate until serving.
3. Sprinkle with pepper before serving
