Butternut soup with a thai flovour

Nutmeg
Paprika
Coriander
1 onion
1 clove garlic
Stick lemon grass 10cm
Fresh ginger
1 cups chicken stock
Butternut cubed
Sweet potato
Coconut (2Tsp if it's the dedicated, or replace stock water with coconut milk)
Splash lemon or lime juice
Salt
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Fry the spices and onion for a bit to get the flavors to come out.
2. Add the butternut sweet potato and stoke. Simmer till it's all soft, bout 20 mins.
3. Add the coconut and lime. And blend it all with a stick blender so it's nice and smooth. Done!
