6 oz of double gloucester cheese.
grated
1 teaspoon of english mustard.
2 teaspoons of cornflour, blrnded with 1 teaspoon of water.
4 thik slices of wholemeal bread.

Directions
1. Pour the brown ale into a saucepan and add
the grated cheese, mustard and corflour.
Heat gently until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickened.
2. Meanwhile, toast the bread.
Pour the cheese mixtur over the toast and serve.
