Broccoli cornbread

1 box jiffy cornbread mix 1 stick melted margarine 2 eggs 4 ounces cottage cheese 1 box chopped broccoli (thawed-pressed out water with paper towels) Mix in order and bake in greased dish 30-35 minutes at 350 or until brown. Beer Bread 3 cups self-rising flour 2 Tbsp. Sugar 1 12 ounce can of beer 7 Tbsp. Melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar and beer. In large bowl, mix thoroughly. Pour into 9x5 loaf pan greased with butter. Pour 4 Tbsp. Melted butter evenly over top. Bake 20 minutes. Brush top with remaining butter. Continue baking until top is golden and tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
