Broccoli and cherry tomato pasta.
Recipe by
7 oz of conchiglie pasta.
5 oz of broccli.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced.
9 oz of cherry tomatoes,halved.
2 tablespoons of fresh basil, shredded.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Prep. Time → 6 min min
Cook Time → 10 min min
1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted, boilling water,
following the packet instructions.
Add the broccoli for the last 3 min of cooking time.
2. Meanwhile, gently fry the garlic in the oil for 30-40 seconds until golden.
Stir in the cherry tom atoes, basil and 4 tablespoons of boiling water and season to taste.
Cover and simmer gently for 5 min.
3. Drain the pasra then mix with the tomato sause.
Serve immediately.
