Black Bean Energy Fudge of Healthy Eating Not Dieting - Recipefy

1/2 can black beans - rinse and drain
1 medium mashed banana
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup dates
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp stevia
1/2 cup ground oats
2 tbs fla seeds
2 tbs chia seeds (optional)
Dedicated coconut to coat - Cranberries (or other dried fruit)

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth dough is formed (the dough should be fairly tacky but not sticky and shoul be easy to handle)

2. Form a log of dough approx 5cm diameter

3. Roll the log in dedicate coconut if desired

4. Using a sharp knife cut the logs approx 1-2 cm thick

5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week
