Ingredients for 4 pax
- 80 gr almendra
- 80 gr yemas
- 80 gr azúcar
- 125 gr claras
- 20 gr harina
- 2 und cargas
Directions
1. 1.- Mezclar todo, triturar, colar y cargar 300 gr
2.- Madurar 12 h
3.- Mover tres golpes y llenar ¼ del vaso
4.- Microondas a 900 w de 30 a 40 segundos
5.- Dejar reposar 5 minutos a temperatura ambiente y desmoldar
