2 medium carrots.
1 lb of potatos.
1 pint of veg stock.
15 1/2 oz can of baked beans.
4 oz of frozen peas.
Salt and pepper.

Prep. Time → 20 min min

Cook Time → 25 min min

1. Cut carrots and potatoes into large chunks and place in the pan with the stock.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until all the vegetables is cooked.
You can add a can of meatballs if you want.
