Carrots
Green beans
Yellow onion
Fresh dill
Potatoes
Cabbage
1 can of pork and beans
1 can of cubed tomatoes
1 can of tomato soup
Chicken soup base (oxo)
1 package onion soup mix
Crushed garlic
1-2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
* amount of vegetables depends on how big the pot
1. Pre cook beets: boil with skins on for approx 30-40 minutes or until you can poke with a fork.
2. Cut all vegetables with a mandolin
3. Fry cabbage and onion with butter.
4. Put water in a pot depending how much soup you want to make.
5. Add all ingredients together in a pot and cook until vegetables are done.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Can add sugar to taste.
