Beef stroganoff

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup sliced mushrooms (can use canned mushrooms, reserve juice to add to mixture with sour cream)
1 -10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream (can use 1/2 cup plain yoghurt, 1/2 cup sour cream)
Milk (as needed)

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. sauté onions and garlic in butter. Stir in ground beef, sprinkle flour over beef . add seasonings, cook for 5 min. until meat loses color.

2. Add mushrooms and soup, simmer about 10 min.

3. Stir in sour cream and heat through (do not boil) season to taste. Add milk as necessary to thin sauce.

4. serve over noodles or rice
