Beef stew

Ingredients for 6 servings
3 lbs Stew Beef, cubed
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Onions, cubed
4 Potatoes, cubed
3 Carrots, cut up
1 lb String Beans
1 Bay Leaf
2 Tablespoons Flour
Salt
Pepper
Directions
1. Brown beef in crock pot with olive oil.
Parboil vegetables. Add to pot and over with water. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook according to crock pot directions.
Mix flour and two tablespoons of water in small jar and add to thicken liquid.
Adjust seasonings.
