1. PASO 1:
Elaborar crema inglesa, incorporar la cobertura.

2. PASO 2:
Bajar la temp. a 70ºC y agregar la gelatina.
3. PASO 3:
Incorporar el batido a la chantilly ( batido a 30ºC)

4. PASO 4:
Moldear y dejar madurar en frío
