Basic kale-quinoa salad

4 cups chopped and massaged kale
2 cups cooked/cooled quinoa
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 cup halved grapes
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup green pumpkin seeds (Pepitas)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
