Banana cake

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening (softened butter)
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
Easy
Directions
1. Beat until mixed. 13x9 pan
Bake at 350
