Bacon cheeseburger and chips shuttlecook style

Ingredients for 2 People
1 Onion
400g Quality Beef Mince (high fat to help stick together)
60g Cheddar Cheese
4 Rashers Streaky Bacon
2 Brioche Buns
Mayonnaise
Mustard
3 Potatoes

Directions
1. Preheat oven
2. Cut potatoes into wedges
3. Roast wedges with salt and pepper
4. Chop onions finely and fry on light heat
5. Divide mince into 2 and shape into 2 cm thick burgers
6. Fry burgers for 5 mins on each side and sprinkle with salt and pepper then add mustard and cheese
7. Fry the bacon in another pan
8. Slice buns and place in burger frying pan
9. Add burger to baps and serve

looks sexy but unfortunatly cannot be fucked. i thought my spunk would add a nice flavour, but i was in to much pain to finish off.
