Bacon And Mushroom Macaroni Cheese. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

12 oz of macaroni.
6 rashers of streky bacon, chopped.
9 oz of mushrooms, chopped.
600ml carton of white sauce.
5 oz of cheddar cheese, grated.
4 oz of cherry tomatoes, halved.
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves.

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 15 min min

1. Preheat the oven to 220
Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions. Drain.

2. Fry the bacon bits for 5 min until browned.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 min, until softened.
Stir most of the cheese, bacon,mushrooms and macaroni in to the white
sauce.
Spoon into an oven- proof dish.

3. Scatter with the tomatoes, thyme and the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 15 min.
