Babycorn Masala of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Babycorn-1 cup, cut into long pieces
Onion-1 cut into medium thick and long slices
Capsicum-1 small,cut into thin long slices
Ginger-1 tspn
Garlic-1 tspn
Green chillies-2
Tomato puree- of 1 big tomato
Tomato sauce-1 tspn
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Pepper powder-1/2 tspn( or as per your taste )
Sugar-1/4 tspn
Salt
Oil

1. Heat oil in a kadai or pan ,add sugar to it and let the sugar melt.Then add sliced onion,ginger,garlic and green chillies.Saute till the onions become light brown.Then add capsicum and saute for few seconds.Add in all the powders and saute till the raw smell goes.( keep in low flame ).Now add the sauces and baby corn pieces,mix well.Add enough salt,cover and cook for 2-3 mints.
Add tomato puree to it.Cover and cook again for another 5-7 mints.Remove from fire and serve hot with veg fried rice or chapathi.
