6-large sweet potatoes
1-1/2 brown sugar
2T corn starch
1-tspgraded orange rind
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2-T butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-can apricotts

1. arrange cooked sweetpotatoes in caserole drain juice from apricots add water to make 1-cup of juice mix sugar , corn starch, orange rind, cinnamon , and apricots juice, cook until thick stirring constantloy stir in apricots butter and pecans pour over potatoes and bake 25 min @ 350
