1 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 cup water 1 cup pineapple juice 1 Tbsp. butter 1/4 cup apricot preserves

1. Mix cornstarch and brown sugar in small saucepan. Add water and pineapple juice, and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is thickened. Stir in butter and preserves.
