4 small apples and 2 large one, chopped 1 (15 ½ oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve juice 2 cups chopped pecans

1. While fruit is chilling, mix dressing. Dressing: Cook til thick and let cool: 1 Tbsp. flour 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. water 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice Dash of nutmeg To serve: Pour dressing over fruit. I like lots of dressing, so I double the dressing recipe.
