2 cups cooked/cooled wild rice
3 diced or sliced apples (soaked in lemon juice)
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional: oven roasted)

1. Serve with Strawberry Vinaigrette or any desired dressing.
