Almond and flaxseed granola

Dry
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c raw buckwheat groats
1/4 c almonds, roughly chopped
2 tbsp whole flax seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet
2 tbsp raw almond butter
2-3 tbsp agave syrup (sub maple syrup or honey if you prefer, and use more or less depending on how sweet you like your granola)
Prep. Time → 15-20 min
Cook Time → 22 min
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
3. Heat wet ingredients in a small sauce pan until boiling and immediately pour over dry ingredients.
4. Mix with a spoon until dry mixture is completely coated.
5. Pour mixture onto parchment paper and bake for 22 minutes.
6. Take out of oven and let cool for another 15 minutes.
7. Break up granola and keep stored in a glass jar.
8. Eat with milk, sprinkled over oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, or just straight out of the jar with a spoon!
