Alexandra's maple mustard chicken
Recipe by
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Fresh rosemary
1 tbsp corn starch (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Mix together mustard, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar, set aside.
3. Place chicken thighs into a foil lined, oven-proof baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the sauce over chicken, turning them in the mixture till they are fully coated.
5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, basting chicken half way through cooking.
6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Plate the chicken with extra sauce over top, sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
7. Use corn starch to thicken sauce if needed.
